10 Tulisan yang Perlu di Baca oleh Pemimpin Perusahaan

Anda mungkin tipe pengusaha yang mulai dari nol. Awal mula anda mendirikan perusahaan pun lebih karena keadaan atau karena kebetulan. Tetapi semakin perusahaan anda berkembang anda semakin sadar pentingnya ilmu tentang pengelolaan perusahaan. Namun waktu anda sudah tidak cukup lagi untuk menuntut ilmu di jalur normal.

Jangan khawatir, saat ini telah banyak media untuk belajar secara gratis di internet. Salah satunya adalah hbr.org. Harvard Business Review adalah majalah bisnis paling bergengsi di dunia.  Hal yang anda perlukan hanya mentor atau teman diskusi untuk ajang bertukar pikiran bagaimana menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam perusahaan anda.

  1.   “Meeting the Challenge of Disruptive Change,” by Clayton M. Christensen and Michael Overdorf, explains why so few established companies innovate successfully.
  2. “Competing on Analytics,” by Thomas H. Davenport, explains how to use data-collection technology and analysis to discern what your customers want, how much they’re willing to pay, and what keeps them loyal.
  3. “Managing Oneself,” by Peter F. Drucker, encourages us to carve our own paths by asking questions such as, “What are my strengths?” and “Where do I belong?”
